ELDERLY SIGNINGS
I understand how difficult it can be to move an elderly loved one, that is why my mobile service will take the hassle away when in need of a Notary Public.
While present at your home, or the eldercare facility, I will verify if your loved one is aware of his/her actions by asking if they had read the document and understand what they are signing.
I reserve the right to refuse notarization if the signer is heavily sedated.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER
I am not a attorney and therefore, according to Arizona law, I cannot provide you with
legal advice on immigration or any other legal matter or process. I cannot explain or
interpret the contents of any document(s) for you, nor instruct you on how to complete
such document(s), and/or direct you on the advisability of signing a particular document.
Please seek legal advice from a state of Arizona experienced and licensed attorney.
